The world premiere of “Joftpâ” by composer Mehdi Hosseini took place on 5 October 2026 at the Synesthesia Lab International Festival and Laboratory of Contemporary Music in Kazan, Russia.
The performance was given by the Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble (MASM), one of Russia’s leading interpreters of contemporary music, at the Theatre Stage MON . “Joftpâ” is scored for flute, bass clarinet, violin, cello, and electronics.
